Yes, as long as the LED lights are rated for wet locations. Illuminiche’s LED niche lighting kits are IC-rated and come with waterproof components, making them safe and code-compliant for showers.

Install begins during framing. Mount the included aluminum housing into the framed niche, run low-voltage wiring to your LED driver, and connect the sealed LED light strip before tiling. Illuminiche kits include all necessary hardware and are made for easy installation by tradespeople.

Yes. Illuminiche lighting kits are tested and listed for wet locations. They use low-voltage power and sealed LED modules that are designed specifically for installation inside tiled niches.

This depends on the look you’re going for:

  • 2700K = warm, spa-like glow
